I’m Hritik Bansal, Operations Manager at Super Steels.
My journey began as a Mechanical Engineer in India, followed by a Master’s in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany.
During my time in Europe, I saw firsthand how industries balance productivity with environmental responsibility.
That experience shaped my mission — to bring those sustainable practices home to India.
